Members Gain Access to Vision and Dental Benefits with Health4Me Mobile App Enhancements

UnitedHealthcare continues to enhance the way members interact with their health care through a member-focused redesign that includes UnitedHealthcare websites and apps. We are excited to introduce the newest features for UnitedHealthcare Health4Me®, an app that gives members access to their benefits and coverage information, and the ability to manage their accounts and find a provider anywhere, anytime.

Members now have access to:

  • Network vision providers and facilities
  • View vision ID cards
  • Send secure messaging and mail – allowing members to communicate about claims with advocates
  • HealtheNotes reminders, including  preventive care messaging
  • Musculoskeletal messaging

 In the near future, members will have access to:

  • View dental ID cards
  • Network dental providers and facilities
  • For National Accounts clients – send secure messaging and mail – allowing members to communicate about claims with advocates

To begin using this new functionality, members must either download the Health4Me app for the first time, or update their existing app. Download the Health4Me app for free on the Apple® iTunes® App Store® and the Android® Market.
